Getting Started
Click on the "Register" button, select your role (Farmer, Service Provider, or Vendor), fill in your information, and verify your email. Once verified, you can log in and start using FarmServe!
- Farmer/Customer: Browse and book services or purchase agricultural products
- Service Provider/Owner: Offer services like tractor rental, equipment, and skilled labor
- Vendor: Sell agricultural products and supplies
You can change your language using the language selector in the navbar. We support English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada. Your preference will be saved in your account.
Booking & Services
Browse available services, select the one you need, choose your dates, add your location details, and proceed to payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with booking details.
We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees. Check our booking cancellation policy for details.
Once your booking is confirmed, you can track the service provider's location in real-time through your dashboard. You'll also receive SMS/email notifications for important updates.
Products & Shopping
Browse the product catalog, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select delivery address, choose payment method, and place your order. You'll receive tracking information via email.
We ship across India with partner delivery networks. Enter your pincode during checkout to verify shipping availability. For remote areas, there may be additional shipping charges.
We offer 7 days easy return policy for most products. Items must be in original condition with original packaging. Perishable items cannot be returned. Check individual product pages for specific return policies.
Account & Security
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 24 hours.
Yes! We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Log in to your account, go to Settings, click on "Profile Settings," update your information, and save changes. You can update your name, phone number, address, and other details anytime.
